Student Visa Sponsorship (Tier 4)

A UK student visa sponsorship refers to the support and endorsement provided by a recognized education institution in the UK to a foreign student who wishes to study in the country. The sponsorship is a crucial requirement for obtaining a Tier 4 student visa, which allows individuals from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland to study in the UK.

To be eligible for a Tier 4 student visa, prospective students must first secure an offer of a place at a licensed education institution in the UK. This institution must have a sponsorship license issued by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). The education institution becomes the student's official sponsor and takes on the responsibility of verifying the student's eligibility and ensuring compliance with visa regulations.

Once a student receives a confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS) from their sponsor institution, they can apply for a Tier 4 student visa. The CAS contains a unique reference number that is essential for the visa application. The institution will include relevant information about the course, fees, & other details required by UKVI.
